SOFT SKILLS:
  WORKSHOP ON THE MOVE

 This group experience among colleagues of the same company provides in-depth study on Soft Skills through a workshop mode, preceded by individual skills assessment sessions. The project is developed together with the company in order to align the objectives of this experience with the business strategy of the company.

 DISCUSSION ON THE COMPANY COMPETENCE MODEL

Along the wonderful paths of the Parks of Central Emilia (Parco del Frignano), we will talk about issues related to Soft Skills and Leadership, stopping in stages along rivers, lakes or the peaks of the ridges. Walking and breathing the fresh air, we will deepen the Competence Model adopted by the Company and define a training plan for the competences of the participants in line with the
Company strategy, vision and mission

INTELLECTUAL AND PHYSICAL EXPERIENCE

 An atmosphere of reconnection with nature makes the moments of receiving feedback more intense and constructive. In fact, when our senses are in conditions of well-being, our brain also assimilates the contents in a more positive and effective way.
Basically, my goal is to offer the team an intellectual and at the same time physical experience, the result of which leaves an important mark in the memory.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The project enjoys the sponsorship of  Central Emilia Biodiversity and Parks Management Organization.

A share of the company project is donated to the Green Fund of the Authority to carry out interventions on the protected territory, such as maintenance of the paths, cleaning of rivers and lakes, protection for animals and plants or protection of wooded areas.
